Festive Feast Prize Terms:
- Any dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking. Menu options may vary by location. Chefs will use the host’s existing tableware and will bring only limited specialist equipment, relying on basic kitchen facilities, with some preparation carried out offsite where necessary. If suitable basic equipment is not available at the venue, the winner must notify the Prize Provider as prompted on the second win notification email or as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made. The chef experience must be booked with a minimum of four (4) weeks’ notice, with the winner required to provide up to three (3) preferred dates. Experience is available in mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
- The Private Chef Experience is subject to the winner and any participating guests signing and returning any required Participant Prize Acceptance Agreement and/or waiver documentation requested by the Prize Provider prior to the experience taking place.
- Age verification may be required upon delivery of any alcohol items. Alcohol may only be consumed by persons aged 18 or over. A person aged 18 or over must be present to accept delivery and may be required to provide valid identification. Physical prize items may need to be signed for upon delivery, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure all items are present, correct, and undamaged upon receipt.
- It is the responsibility of the winner to provide accurate delivery details to the Prize Provider. Prize items will be delivered to a single address within the participating market. Physical prize items will be delivered within 28 days of the winner confirming their delivery address with the Prize Provider.
- All elements of the prizes are subject to availability. If any seasonal items are unavailable on the winner’s requested delivery date, suitable substitutes of a similar nature and equal value will be supplied.

Screening Prize Terms:
- Each winner of this prize will be referred to in these terms as a “Screening prize winner”. Screening prize winner’s guests aged under 18, must have prior parental or guardian permission to attend.
- All dates and locations are subject to availability The experience is not permitted during Christmas and New Year (24th December 2026 – 1st January 2027), public holidays, trade fairs or local special events (i.e. sporting events). The experience must be redeemed by 1st December 2027. No extensions will be allowed. Where Ebenezer is no longer available the winner may choose from another Paramount title of the same age rating and certification.
- The prize includes a private 2D screening of ‘Ebenezer’ for the winner and up to 15 guests, subject to age limitations and any other applicable restrictions (the “Screening”). The Screening will be held at a number of UK cinema locations (excluding central London) and ODEON Ireland which will be offered to the winner. Each attendee will receive 1x soft drink OR water and 1x small bag of popcorn.
- In the event of cancellation by the Screening prize winner, no replacement prize or cash alternative will be available.
- Any amendments made by Screening prize winner after the booking is confirmed, to the extent permitted by the prize provider or the relevant third-party provider, will be subject to administration charges. Some changes may not be possible.
- All other costs and expenses in taking up the Prize not set out in the stated Prize description will be at the Screening prize winners’ expense, these include but are not limited to travel to and from the UK or ROI location, additional meals, drinks, gratuities, and personal expenses.
- Should Screening prize winner wish to add additional items to the prize (additional attendee etc.) they may do so via the prize provider at an extra cost. The prize provider will advise the cost prior to booking. The prize provider will not enter into any discussions about cost comparison or rates sourced elsewhere.
- It is the Screening prize winner’s responsibility to advise the prize provider of any circumstance that may prevent them from participating in any element of the prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance. By choosing to take part in any element of the prize, Screening prize winners acknowledge and agree that they accept any such risk associated with those elements of the prize. Screening prize winners are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / limitations required by the applicable local and national authorities and the relevant activity and (if applicable) transport providers. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the Screening prize winners (where applicable).
- Screening prize winners are responsible for their behaviour and the behaviour of their guests whilst taking part in the Prize. Paramount Plus Prize Terms:
- . Each person who has won this prize will be referred to in these terms as a “Paramount Plus prize winner”.
- The prize must be redeemed by 1st December 2027 and is valid for three calendar months. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the prize provider.
- The Prize includes three months subscription to Paramount Plus ad-free UK or ROI only (dependent on winner’s location). The Prize will be provided as a subscription allowance via bank transfer to the Paramount Plus prize winner’s nominated bank account (account name, account number, bank name and sort code). This will be delivered within 28 days of the prize acceptance.

- Each person who has won this prize will be referred to in these terms as a “Merch prize winner”.
- The Prize must be redeemed by 1st December 2027. All items are subject to availability.
- The Prize may require a signature upon delivery, the recipient must be aged 18 or over.
- Prizes will be delivered within 28 days from prize acceptance to the UK or ROI address provided by the winner. No replacement of lost/stolen items after delivery.

- Winner Selection: The prize draw will take place on 07/01/2027. The winners will be electronically drawn at random using an independent third-party computer program. The winner selection uses a secure random number generator to ensure fairness. A provisional winner is selected from all eligible entries received within the promotional period and correctly submitted in accordance with the corresponding Terms and Conditions. The likelihood of winning depends on the total number of valid entries received during the promotional period.
- Winner Notification & Prize fulfilment:
Winners will receive an initial win notification by email from hello@auntbessieswinthischristmas.co.uk to the address provided upon entry on 11 January 2027. The Promoter will share the winner’s details with the prize providers, who will contact the winner to arrange prize delivery:
- Festive Feast Prize: The Promoter will share the winner’s contact details with Element London Ltd who notify the winner via the email address they provided on the entry form within 5 working days of the prize draw. The winner will be required to accept their prize and complete the required information necessary for fulfilment purposes via the email notification.
- Screening Prize: The Promoter will share the winner’s contact details with Cloud Nine Incentives who notify the winner via a telephone call on the mobile number they provided on the entry form within 5 working days of the prize draw. The winner will be required to accept their prize via the telephone call and expect an email to the email address used upon entry containing a booking form for prize fulfilment purposes.
- Paramount Plus Subscription: The Promoter will share the winner’s contact details with a Cloud Nine Incentives who notify the winner via email on the email address they provided on the entry form within 5 working days of the prize draw. The winner will be required to accept their prize and provide their nominated bank account details for fulfilment purposes.
- Merch Prize: The Promoter will share the winner’s contact details with a Cloud Nine Incentives who notify the winner via email at the email address they provided on the entry form within 5 working days of the prize draw. The winner will be required to accept their prize and provide a valid UK postal address for fulfilment purposes.
- If, after 2 (two) attempts and within 5 (five) working days of the initial win notification, we have not successfully contacted the winner, or if the winner has been unavailable, the prize will be forfeited and may be reallocated to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the initial winner. A max of 2 reserve winners will be contacted for each unclaimed prize in total.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birds Eye Limited, Birds Eye Ireland Limited, Paramount Pictures UK, their affiliated companies, agents and prize providers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant arising from participation in this Promotion or from the acceptance or use of any Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Where a Prize involves attendance at an event or participation in an experience by the winner and/or guests, the Promoter and/or prize provider may require the winner and any accompanying guests (or a parent or legal guardian where applicable) to sign reasonable participation, eligibility, acceptance and release documentation before taking part in the Prize. Failure to complete such documentation within the timeframe specified may result in the Prize being forfeited and awarded to a reserve winner.
- If you are selected as a winner and Birds Eye receives a request from a consumer for confirmation that a valid prize award took place, Birds Eye will share the first letter of your first name and surname only (for example, "AA"). A list of winners' surnames and counties (or county of residence, for Republic of Ireland winners) will be available by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Aunt Bessies x Paramount Pictures Win Magical Christmas Moments (8891), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR, for a period of 4 weeks from 11/01/2027. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority or any applicable regulatory authority in the Republic of Ireland requests confirmation that a valid prize award took place, we may provide your full name directly to that authority.
- The prize provider accepts no responsibility for events beyond its reasonable control, including the withdrawal, cancellation or amendment of any venue, activity, event, subscription or retail item forming part of a Prize. In such circumstances, the prize provider will use its reasonable endeavours to provide a suitable alternative. No refund will be offered.
- Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused portions of the prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any losses, injuries or damages arising from the acceptance or use of the Prize.
- Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
- If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party.
- Where a Winner has been found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, the Promoter may disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any Prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or Winner in question.

- Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Promoter hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or winners in connection with or arising out of this Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
